TimTheTatman

Timothy John Betar, better known as TimTheTatman, is a 36-year-old American streamer and YouTuber from Syracuse, New York who built one of gaming's most recognizable communities through personality rather than professional-level gameplay. He started streaming on Twitch in 2012 while working full-time, making the leap to content creation in 2014 as his audience steadily grew around games like Counter-Strike, World of Warcraft and Overwatch. When Fortnite exploded in 2017, his mix of self-deprecating humor, constant banter and unforgettable on-stream meltdowns turned him into one of Twitch's biggest stars. His popularity eventually led to appearances in Super Bowl commercials, major brand partnerships and an exclusive move to YouTube Gaming in 2021, one of the platform's biggest creator signings.

TimTheTatman's streams have always been about entertainment first and gameplay second. Whether he's grinding Call of Duty, chasing impossible wins, or trading jokes with creators like Dr Disrespect, Ninja, CouRageJD and Nickmercs, his ability to turn everyday gaming moments into comedy has earned him one of streaming's most loyal communities. As a co-owner of Complexity Gaming and one of the industry's longest-running creators, Tim has remained a fixture at the top of gaming entertainment for well over a decade, proving that charisma can be just as valuable as mechanical skill
