1. Who we are and what these terms cover
1.1 CasinoStreamers is run by Nodesolutions LTD, St Vincent and the Grenadines ("we", "us").
1.2 These terms cover every tournament, leaderboard, jackpot and prize on casinostreamers.com. A promotion may also have its own rules page. Where the two differ, the promotion's own rules win for that promotion.
1.3 These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining a tournament or holding a prize place, you accept them.
1.4 You must accept these Prize Terms before any prize is paid to you. We ask you to accept them with a tick box, and we record the version you accepted and when. When the terms change, we ask again before the next prize is paid.
2. Who can take part
2.1 You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
2.2 One account per person. You may not use, share, buy or sell accounts. Taking part from more than one account disqualifies all of them.
2.3 Some tournaments need a verified email address.
2.4 You can't take part where the law where you live forbids it, and you are responsible for checking that. Void where prohibited.
2.5 Staff and affiliates of Nodesolutions LTD, St Vincent and the Grenadines and its partners may take part, and may win points prizes and a partner bonus like anyone else. That is the only exception: they are not eligible for any other cash or physical prize. Such a prize passes to the next eligible player.
2.6 Test accounts we run for quality checks never win anything.
3. Free to enter
3.1 Everything on CasinoStreamers is free. No purchase or payment is needed to enter a tournament or win a prize, and paying would not improve your chances.
3.2 You never stake real money on our site. Our slots and tournaments use points only.
4. Points
4.1 Points, and XP, levels, boosts and anything you get with points, are free rewards for using the site.
4.2 They have no cash value. They can't be bought with money, sold, transferred to anyone, or exchanged for cash or for anything outside CasinoStreamers.
4.3 We may correct points credited by mistake, including through a bug or a game fault.
4.4 A monthly leaderboard counts only that month's points. Each month starts fresh.
4.5 If we close your account for breaking these terms, its points and any unpaid prizes are lost.
5. How standings work
5.1 Each competition's page shows how it is scored, its prize pool and its schedule. Competitions such as tournaments, races, free rolls and giveaways score differently. In a free roll, for example, every player gets the same number of free spins and your score is the total of your wins from them. A prize pool may be fixed or grow with the number of players, and is usually split by finishing place.
5.2 The monthly leaderboard ranks players by their points for that month at the close time on the prize's rules page.
5.3 A competition may guarantee prizes to the top places, give a share to every player who joins, or add a partner bonus for first place. A partner bonus is a partner prize under section 8.
5.4 Ties: the player who reached the tied score first ranks higher.
5.5 Results are final when the tournament ends or the board closes, subject to the checks in section 6.
6. Checks and holds
6.1 Before paying a prize we may check the winner, and we may ask for proof of age, identity and address.
6.2 We intend to honour every prize. To protect players and the site, we reserve the right to withhold, deny or cancel any prize at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: fraud or suspected fraud; abuse; duplicate or shared accounts; bots, scripts or other automation; use of a bug or game fault; collusion; false details; ineligibility; issues with a partner; technical error; or a breach of these terms or our Terms of Service. We may also take back a prize already paid for any of these reasons.
6.3 We may hold a prize payment for up to 30 days, for example while we verify the winner, and we tell the player the outcome. A prize we don't pay is not passed to anyone else, unless that promotion's rules say so.
6.4 A prize goes only to the account holder who won it.
7. Claiming a prize
7.1 Points prizes are added automatically. There is nothing to claim.
7.2 For any other prize we email the address on your account. Keep it up to date; we are not responsible for emails that don't reach you.
7.3 For a partner bonus, add your username at the partner casino through the link in the email and accept these terms within 14 days. We don't promise a payout date. Under normal circumstances prizes are paid within 30 days, usually within 1-5 days, not counting any hold under 6.3.
7.4 If a prize isn't claimed in time, or the winner doesn't pass the checks, the prize is forfeited. A forfeited bonus from a daily competition is not re-awarded. For a monthly or physical prize we may offer it to the next eligible player, as that prize's rules say.
7.5 You are responsible for giving correct details (username, shipping address). A prize sent to the details you gave counts as delivered.
8. Partner casino prizes
8.1 Prizes are often delivered by partners, for example a bonus at a partner casino, credited to your account there. What a partner does is outside our control.
8.2 You need an account at the partner casino, and its own terms apply, including its age rules, the countries it accepts, identity checks (KYC) and withdrawal rules.
8.3 If a partner can't accept you, can't deliver or changes its offer, we will always try to help, and where we can we may replace or change the prize to one of similar value. We can't guarantee a replacement; we decide case by case.
8.4 We don't run the partner casino and aren't responsible for it. Real-money gambling there is your own choice and your own risk. Success in our free games does not mean success in real-money gambling.
9. The prizes themselves
9.1 Prizes are as described on the promotion's page. There is no cash alternative unless that promotion's rules say so.
9.2 Prizes can't be transferred or swapped.
9.3 If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of similar or higher value.
9.4 Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility.
10. Changes, cancellations and faults
10.1 We may change, pause or cancel a tournament, leaderboard or prize, including its schedule, scoring and pool, for example because of a technical fault, suspected fraud or something outside our control. We post changes on the site.
10.2 A change never takes away a prize already confirmed as won, unless section 6 applies.
10.3 If a fault affects a tournament, we may void it, replay it, or settle it as fairly as we can from the data we have.
10.4 We may update these terms. The version on the site when a tournament starts applies to that tournament.
11. Disputes, law and liability
11.1 Send questions or complaints to support@casinostreamers.com within 30 days of the result. We will answer, and our decision is final as far as the law allows.
11.2 These terms are governed by the laws of St Vincent and the Grenadines, and its courts handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
11.3 As far as the law allows, our total liability for any prize is limited to the value of that prize. We are not responsible for lost or delayed emails, technical failures, or the actions of partner casinos or streaming platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
