How prizes work

We want every winner to get their prize, every single time. This page explains how that works, and what we check along the way to keep it fair for everyone. The full rules are in our Prize & tournament terms.

What you can win

CasinoStreamers is free. You never pay to take part, and there is nothing to buy. There are competitions such as tournaments, races, free rolls and giveaways, with prizes such as points, partner bonuses, cash or physical items. Each competition's page says what it pays. In general:

1. Points. Competitions pay points by finishing place, and higher places get more. Some pay a share to every player who takes part. The points land in your balance when the results are final.
2. Partner bonuses. A competition may also give its top place a bonus at one of our partner casinos (or the same value in crypto), on top of their points.
3. Leaderboard prizes. The top of a leaderboard when it closes, for example at the end of a month, can win a prize such as cash or a physical item. Each one has its own rules page.
4. Jackpots. A points jackpot on our free slots pays points only.

Points have no cash value and can never be bought, sold or cashed out.

How winners are picked

Nobody picks winners by hand. The standings decide.

• Free rolls and tournaments: everyone gets the same number of free spins. Your score is the total of your wins from those spins. When the competition ends, the results freeze.
• Leaderboards: your points for the period are your score. The board closes at the time on the prize's rules page.
• Ties: the player who reached the score first ranks higher.
• Fair play: every free spin is decided by our server from a seed whose fingerprint we publish before the tournament and reveal after it, so anyone can check every spin.

How to claim

Points prizes: nothing to do. They are added automatically when the results are final.

A partner bonus:

1. We email you when the competition ends.
2. Tap the link in the email and add your username at the partner casino to your CasinoStreamers profile. No account there yet? Register first (18+). The username is the only thing we need.
3. Tick the box to accept our Prize terms (once; we ask again only if the terms change).
4. Our team adds the bonus to your partner casino account by hand. We don't promise a payout date. Under normal circumstances prizes are paid within 30 days, usually within 1-5 days. It shows in your wallet at the partner casino.
5. If you haven't added your username after 24 hours, we send one reminder.
6. You have 14 days from the winner email to add your username. After that the bonus lapses.

Cash and physical prizes: we contact the winner by email and on the site, as described on that prize's rules page.

Checks before we pay

To keep prizes fair, we check winners before we pay anything other than points. We may hold a prize while we check, for example when:

• your email address isn't verified,
• your account shares a device or network with another player in the same tournament, or looks like a second account,
• we see bots, scripts or a game fault being used.

A held prize shows "Under review". A check can take up to 30 days, and we tell you the outcome. We may ask you to prove your age and identity. Prizes delivered by a partner casino depend partly on them; if something goes wrong there, we will always try to help.
